With this pedometer app, you can easily monitor and record your daily step counts and keep track of your weight. It offers a range of features that make it convenient and efficient for tracking your exercise routine.
Track Your Daily Weight:
- Keep track of your current, starting, and target weight, as well as your BMI
- Access a history of your recorded weights, allowing you to visualize your progress over time
- See the number of days remaining to reach your weight loss goal
- View daily and weekly weight loss averages to help you assess your progress
- Add notes to each weight entry for additional context
- Choose between kilograms (Kg), stones (St), or pounds (Lb) for weight measurement
Today Screen Widget with Live Step Count and Distance:
Easily access your step count and distance information through a convenient widget on your device's home screen. Stay informed and motivated without even opening the app.
Track Your Step Counts and Distances:
- Keep track of your daily step counts, ascended floors, and distances traveled
- Calculate distance using your stride length, allowing for a more accurate measurement (in centimeters (Cm) or inches (In))
- Switch between kilometers (Km) or miles (Mi) for distance measurement
(Please note that this application uses your device's location, even when it is running in the background during your exercise. Continued use of GPS running in the background can significantly reduce battery life.)
